Occupying half of the city block (Truberry on 2nd is the adjacent property) The Jerome provides much needed density and take every advantage of the angled street front to maintain the pedestrian feel of the neighborhood.

The Jerome provides its residents the comforts of living in the Victorian Village neighborhood with quick pedestrian access to the high energy of the Short North with its many restaurants and retail stores. Cover parking on the first floor allows the site to increase overall density without unsightly surface parking or increasing the demand of on-street parking. Additional landscaping and site improvements were completed as part of the project to re-develop the existing site as an improved asset to the community and adjacent neighbors.
