As President and CEO, George listens to clients’ expressions of need for their new environments, and through those interpretations creates a vision. He brings to each project a clear understanding of function and aesthetic appropriateness as it relates to creating a thoughtful, responsible solution that meets the clients’ program, and becomes an integral form within the fabric of our communities.

Vice President
As Vice President, Chris’ responsibilities include overall management of office operations, production controls and development of design, systems implementation and firm quality control. Chris remains directly involved with projects through all phases for a variety of clients and building types. Other responsibilities include management of human resources and quality control.

Principal, Director of Historic Rehabilitation
As Director of Historic Rehabilitation, Joe serves as the office liaison with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the National Park Service (NPS). As a result, our office has been able to sustain a continuous workflow focused on Historic Preservation, which has resulted in an excess of $500,000,000 worth of historic preservation construction costs.

Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, JJ is responsible for HVAC design and coordination with each discipline for all projects. JJ has 20 years experience in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Residential MEP engineering design. His additional background includes project management, quality control, and client communication.

Director of Architecture, Project Manager, Architect
As Director of Architecture and Project Manager, Maria provides leadership to the architectural staff, promoting effective coordination and communication between teams and team members while maintaining a high level of quality. She collaborates with firm leadership to manage and streamline the design process, bolstering effective teamwork between designers, project managers, and other architectural staff members. Maria oversees multiple projects, managing zoning, schematic design, building codes, permits, schedules, consultants, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, bidding, construction administration, submittals, and site observation.

Director of Operations, Project Executive
As Project Executive and Director of Operations, Melissa oversees and coordinates construction document development. Melissa has 18 years of experience in the Architecture field with an extensive knowledge in education, hospitality, corporate, retail and multi-family architecture. A seasoned leader in multi-million dollar projects, Melissa’s focus is coordinating projects from start to finish including design, documentation and construction.

Project Executive
As Project Executive, Steven oversees multiple projects and coordinates all aspects including schematic design, building codes, permits, schedules, consultants, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, bidding, construction administration, submittals, and site observation. With 8 years of experience in the field of architecture, he has developed an expansive knowledge base in all aspects of project development, from schematic design through construction administration.

Project Executive
As Project Executive, Steve has been an integral member of his firms' commissions and has taken on a variety of management, training, and QA/QC responsibilities. Steve has developed an expertise in code/life safety review, program development, and project leadership. He has had many opportunities to participate on a variety of other public works and commercial workspace projects and has become a vital asset and 'learned' professional in architecture.

Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Jennifer oversees multiple projects and coordinates all aspects including schematic design, building codes, permits, schedules, consultants, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, bidding, construction administration, submittals, and site observation. She works closely with all project stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective communication.

Director of Interior Design
As Director of Interior Design, Sarah brings over 17 years of experience to Berardi Partners. Sarah's experience allows her the opportunity to work in many facets of architecture, interiors, and environments, giving her a well-rounded outlook on projects.

Project Manager
As a Project Manager with over 20+ years of experience, John has worked with a large variety of clients and project types. In coming to Berardi, John provides an acquired knowledge in all aspects, including: project management from idea generation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. John is very committed to leverage leadership and managerial skills as a project manager. During his career, John has considerable experience in commercial and residential design of varying styles and designs, in which he provides detailed three-dimensional design renderings and walkthroughs to bring the project to life from start to finish. John continues to devote himself to managing projects, producing construction documents, applying code standards, and coordinating time and efforts with multiple disciplines.
