Commons at Third is the latest in the ‘state of the art’ Permanent Supportive Housing designed for National Church Residences. Our approach to this service enriched housing continues to expand and integrate program spaces as National Church Residences refines their model for Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing.

Commons at Third is designed as a 3-story building with contemporary elements which blend with the entire redevelopment area referred to as Grandview Yard. This new neighborhood is creating mixed use environments and had been applauded for being ‘inclusive of all housing’ providing opportunities for the broadest band of intended populations. Commons at Third fits well in the model, but more importantly it achieves the primary goals of providing services for our permanent and transitional populations. As with other PSH developments, our clients are often disabled, therefore we create plans that are both flexible and fully accessible as well as the building site and property.
