Emerald Place

Berardi+ served as the Architect of Record on Emerald Place Apartments, a 216-unit affordable housing community located in rural Lancaster, Ohio. The development features five newly constructed, three-story garden-style buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Residents enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including a community center, swimming pool, playground, and dog park.
