Haddon Hall redevelopment was funded through a combination of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and State Historic Tax Credits. A complete project assessment was made to determine critical repairs and replacements needed considering remaining useful life expectancy with the end goal of re-positioning the project for another minimum 30 years of services.

Scope of work entailed a complete renovation of the project both exterior and interior. Exterior renovation of the building included remediation of brick veneer, existing wood trim, soffits, and decorative wood elements together with a new roof. Interior work included new finishes throughout as scheduled together with all new kitchens and bathrooms inside the living units. Upgrades to existing plumbing, heating and electrical system components were made as identified by the Critical Needs Assessment. Site upgrades and enhancements included new flat-work, pavement, landscaping, and a variety of miscellaneous items including redeveloping the rear entrance ramp for full accessibility.
