Park Village CCRC

Park Village Health Care Center is expanding its Senior Healthcare Facilities from its hometown of Dover Ohio into New Philadelphia, offering a full continuum of care for seniors including Independent, Assisted, and Skilled Nursing living settings. This will be further expanded with the development of several cottages in the near future.

This facility has been planned within a single structure on 11.8 acres offering integrated campus living with scenic views to Oldtown Creek and the proposed retention pond. Upon entering the facility residents and guests pass through a well appointed two story atrium space with a water feature.

Indoor/outdoor areas are further provided at various locations providing connectivity to the outdoors and socialization opportunities throughout the facility together with neighborhood dining spaces and lounges. The new campus incorporates the latest design and technology to provide exceptional elder care now and for generations to come, including skilled nursing, assisted and independent living.
