Momento Gelato

Momento Gelato is a tenant improvement project on a first floor, white-boxed, commercial space within an existing 3-story building. This building is located between west elezabeth street and plum street in Detroit Michigan. The primary structure is steel and concrete floor slabs. The façade consists of painted brick as a primary material. The tenant is a Gelato/Coffee shop that sells Italian style Gelato, Coffee, and to-go Items. With the use of colorful Terrazzo tiles, Quartz countertops, bright ceramic backsplashes, and whimsical light fixtures we were able to create the fun, playful interior the client wanted.
