The Ohio National Bank building in Downtown Columbus had stood vacant for nearly 25 years, facing significant deterioration due to neglect and water damage. As part of Berardi’s scope, we developed urgent maintenance strategies to stabilize and preserve the historic structure. Our team also contributed to the building’s revitalization by assisting with programming and design concepts, which supported successful applications for state and federal historic tax credits.
