In response to current trends and demands in the senior living market, National Church Residences has teamed up with Berardi+ to re-imagine the design for their senior living prototype.

This new prototype for modernized senior living housing features 92 market rate dwelling units comprised of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Featured social engagement spaces include, but are not limited to, a cafe/bistro, wellness center and activity rooms. The location of the new building is fortunate to be surrounded by a golf course and park, creating a pastoral setting for future residents. The design features a modern design aesthetic accompanied by the use of contemporary finishes and materials.
