Water’s Edge of Bradenton

Water’s Edge of Bradenton has been designed to meet the anticipated challenges of assisted Living in the Bradenton, Florida area. Responding to market needs solely for today is a formula for a failed housing product with services, in the future. The design of Water’s Edge initially responded anticipating these challenges by creating a superior product which is based on a dwelling model most akin to an independent living environment. Spacious dwellings are provided and further enhanced by public area special spaces and accommodations responding to our Clients’ needs as well as their families’ psycho-social needs for care of our elderly as they continue to age in place. As such we have also included areas at the third floor to provide special spaces and a varied dwelling unit product which responds in kind to early stages of those individuals requiring Memory Care.

The general aesthetic of our building responds to and reflects that campus modeling which was initially constructed in 2008, but it is our interior development which is truly responsive to market, providing a wide range of flexible accommodations for permitting staff and management to provide superior levels of care.
