The project consists of the new construction of a 4-story multi-family building on East Broad Street consisting of 67 living units and an at grade parking garage with 35 parking spaces. The total area of the project is 76,486 square feet. The north adjacent parking lot provides an additional 49 parking spaces, of which 17 are stacked parking spaces. The project will consist of residential units, community space, amenity space and an outdoor amenity deck.
